This one almost looks "too" perfect
in the color composition. Is it photoshopped in any way? If not, it's
an amazing shot. Anything different on this one? Long exposure? That's
what I'd think from the headlight on the left, or a filter.

Yes, to all your questions. To start off,
it's a long exposure (25 seconds). We hung out there for a while and
it just so happened that near the end of this shot (at about 23 seconds
I think) that car appeared. If it had appeared any earlier then it would
have really changed the picture (probably for the worst). Later, when
prepping it for the site I did crank the exposure a bit to bring out
the blue of the sky somewhat, but it wasn't an extreme move since the
color was basically there already. Here are the in-camera full specs
of the shot:
Camera: Nikon D70
Lens: Nikkor 24-120mm f/3.5-5.6G ED-IF AF-S VR
Aperture: f29
Shutter: 25 secs (didn't have a tripod, just put it on a wall)
ISO: 200
Focal length: 38.0mm
White balance: auto
Filter: none
