Your "Wat Raider" video was hilarious!! So great!! Did you do that with a camcorder or the digital function on your digital camera?

I am bringing my cam (5 mos. South America), and it has video capabilities but I doubt there will be a DVD burner. Do you have your laptop?

Also, I am curious if you are traveling with a tripod. The night shot of Colonia had to have been a long exposure, right? (I am a professional photographer, and will be volunteering as a photographer for NGO's in Rio for 2 months, and backpacking for 3, so am considering equipment/travel logistics)

Your images look great!!

Thanks - glad you liked the video! It was shot with a budget camcorder. If you're interested in the exact gear we carry, check out the gear: technology page. We do carry a tripod, but it's a mini and frankly, we don't use it much. Often, we just find a good wall or something to put the camera on - that's what we did for that Colonia shot.
