I thought it would be difficult for you to capture paris in short number of pictures. But you did it. You captured the essence of Paris. Bravo.

WOW! I loved your photos of Paris, really enjoyed them. My girlfriend and I just did 8 nights in Spain, so only a very tiny taste. But we are determined to return. Now I'm thinking maybe France instead? The history is first-rate, so many must-see's. Of course what REALLY caught my eye was the market shots and the PASTERIES!!!!! (SUCH a weakness I have.) My travels have all been in Central and South America so far, and the bakery treats are, in my opinion, sadly lacking there. I never gave up hope, but I don't know HOW many times I bit into a sweet to find yet another chunk of queso (cheese) bleck! Anyway, one of my favorite parts of travel is the markets, I just LOVE exploring all the nooks and crannies, and stocking up to snack back at the hospidaje, so it was fun to see your market adventures. Next year I am off to Argentina and Bolivia for four months with my husband and 10 year old. I can HARDLY wait. Thanks for stoking the fire!

Well, we share common loves - markets and pastries! We did the EXACT same thing in SA, kept trying all the pastries we could find, only to be disappointed. We dream about the pastries back in Paris so we hope that you do get to go there. Thanks so much for writing in!
